GyroFlow stitches those clips together with a simple drag and drop. DJI cameras, for example, have a limit of 4GB and will split into multiple camera files. GyroFlow also can merge multiple files that have been split when a camera runs up against a file size limit. RED’s Red RAW R3D codec is also supported. Both the 4K and 6K versions of Blackmagic’s Pocket Cinema Cameras only include the gyro data when the camera is set to record using Blackmagic RAW. Some models only provide gyro data in certain supported codecs, however. The DJI Action 3, however, is not supported. Other drones that support the DJI O3 Air Unit, can also have footage stabilized as GryoFlow supports it, as well.Īs for Action Cameras, there’s GoPro and insta360, and thanks to a recent firmware update, the DJI Action 2 action camera is supported. The app also supports a variety of drone cameras as well, including the DJI Avata. There’s a complete list of supported cameras on the GyroFlow website. However, many modern camera makers are adding gyros into the design, and GyroFlow supports Sony, DJI, GoPro, Insta360, Blackmagic Design, RED, and Z-Cam. GyroFlow doesn’t work with every camera on the market, however, as it must have been designed with a gyroscope built into its electronic circuitry. The app then smoothes out the camera movement, stabilizing it.
